The phone came in not described but was able to be accommodated for the issue. So overall, good seller.
Wow! That was fast! I got it two days before the estimate and the phone is in an accurate condition as described. They've done right by me.

Seller had prompt communication and shipped quickly. Device was not in the condition as listed but seller worked quickly to resolve the issue.
Phone is working as expected. Only issue is, listing said Mint and no signs of wear or tear on the screen. There were a few scratches on the screen when i opened the box and the corner of the phone had wear on the metal.
Phone was sent locked, but seller quickly refunded in full.

Battery life is terrible, the phone will be on 100% when go to bed and when i wake up, check the weather, and drive to work its already at 75%. Sound, when on max volume, is not even close to what it should be. No scratches, phone looked brand new but certainly does not function as if its in mint condition. A "good" rating would've been more descriptive instead of "mint". Wont purchase from this vendor again.
Update: Its been two weeks and the battery has gotten even worse. Its been on charge for 2.5 hours and is only up to 11% charged with very little usage during this time frame. I have emailed the seller for a refund or exchange because this phone is not in the condition it was listed as.
The phone shipped quickly and works great with no issues!

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 12pm EST or Sat by 10am EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 5% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 5% restocking fee or minimum $10 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
