Shipping was lightning fast and phone was in excellent condition. The only problem I had wouldn't be a problem for most. I ordered my 8 in gray and a 7 for my daughter in black. Mine came in first and it was black so my daughter thought it was hers and now I'm having to take it back and "ungift" it until hers gets here because I need the extra storage more than she does.
The phone received was definitely not in the same condition as the photos in the listing. I'm aware that the listing noted that the photos shown weren't directly of the phone that was going ot be provided, but it still listed that the phone sent out would be in similar condition (this was not the case). The phone received had multiple scratches on the screen and the back of the phone was full of scratches and residue from what appears was the previously used phone case. Very disappointed, since I had payed extra money to get more that just a "fair" phone, the listing stated it was an 8 out of 10, but what was received was more like a 6 out of 10.
Sale was good arrived as expected!

All devices are tested using industry leading software and results are stored in our database for record keeping along with Serial Number/IMEIs. Devices go through a 45 point inspection process to ensure all functions are performing as intended.
If there is an issue for any reason please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the problem. We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items.
Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
