Great phone.
Good phone, quick shipping.
Seems everything works & arrived as described.
We received this before Christmas and daughter used it all of a week or two and when I turned it off to give her a time out from the phone, it would not turn back on. Seller was gracious enough to have the phone returned to fix it. Seller sent it back to us supposedly fixed. When we turn off the phone, the phone will not turn back on. So for a second time we returned the phone to have it fixed, and we received it back it worked again for a day until we turned it off, then and again it would not turn back on. We received the phone for a third time fixed they said, and the same thing the phone will not even turn on when we received it. This is not acceptable. I’ve asked for a refund but seller says it’s past the 30 day period. My problem is that the phone has never worked since we got it. It’s been problematic from the beginning. I am not satisfied. I would like my money back for this phone but they will only fix it they say. But every time they fix it it’s still not working.

Shipping Policies
Orders will only ship to the address provided during checkout. Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Orders received Mon - Fri by 2pm EST will typically ship out the same day via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 days. All other orders will ship out the following business day.
Upgrade to USPS Priority 2-3 day for an additional $10. Guaranteed 2 Day Delivery (Business Days) via FedEx available for an additional $25. Send us a message in the sale comments page after purchase to request upgraded shipping option.
Return & Refund Policies
Order cancellations are subject to a 3.49% + $0.49 fee for domestic payments and 5% for international payments. Returns for a refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee or $15, whichever is greater.
Any device received damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Damage reported after this time will be assumed by the buyer and the device will no longer be eligible for return.
Returns for a refund are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery and a 10% restocking fee or minimum $15 will be applied. 30% restocking fee applies to new items returned opened.
We offer a 30 day warranty on all of our items. We will repair/replace any defective device within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us immediately if the device is found to be defective. Any unauthorized repairs done after the device is received without prior permission from the seller will void any warranty.
In the event we are unable to repair/replace the device, a refund will be issued.
The IMEI/serial number will be provided through Swappa messages before shipping. Returns will not be accepted if the IMEI does not match.
Any claims for non-receipt of item will result in the IMEI being reported as lost/stolen and blacklisted. We will also report any fraudulent activity to the proper authorities including our local and the offender's police department, PayPal, Swappa, United States Postal Service and the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).
We reserve the right to charge up to a 50% restocking fee for devices not returned in their original condition.
