Phone in expected condition with fast delivery
I have purchased 3 phones from you. The two previous purchases have been flawless but the S9+ has not been. When I received the phone I put my SIM card in it and I did not have any network signal. I went to the Cricket office and they did a network reset and could not get it to work. Can I exchange the phone for a different S9+. I will message you the tracking number in the morning. Thank you again and my wife and daughter love the phones they purchased.

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
