The phone I received is defective and today is the last to do exchange it. Swapping says I need to contact the seller for a exchange but there is no way to contact them. Would love to give a good review, but I’m about to be stuck with a bad phone

I have to mark this complete in order to leave a comment, but the sale was not completed as described. After 3 weeks of trying to get them to send the correct charger- which was included in the price- I have given up. Their solution was to have me send the whole phone back to them, when the charger was the only problem. Have purchased from them a handful of times, and product was great and transaction went smoothly. However, if there is any issue- as this time- they are completely unequipped to handle it. Comments back and forth lead me to believe they barely read them before responding. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I never got the charger they promised. Hope it's right the first time, or you're in for problems.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
