This is absolutely one of the worst exchanges that I have been a part of. Never have I worked with someone so unprofessional. Upon activating the device I was shocked to find pornographic images and videos saved to the phone. In addition, the functions of the phone itself are flawed. While I could receive calls, the person calling could not hear me and I could not hear them. The charger was also damaged and I could not use my phone at all when it was plugged in. When I inquired with the Seller about a return and reimbursement, he advised me that it was not possible and also insinuated that I was liar when I explained the pornographic images I found. The listing I purchased the item from claims that the device "functions flawlessly" and has "no signs of use". Clearly, since I cannot speak to anyone on the phone and I found offensive material on it, both of those guarantees were broken. ..
