Phone didn't have a sim card in it but Verizon provided one at no cost to us when we set up service. I thought one should have been with the new phone. Maybe I'm mistaken. The phone looked new as advertised and was received promptly. Very happy.

Fast turnaround, device was in mint condition as advertised, packaged well for shipping. Connecting cable came apart on lightning connector end after only a couple of uses.
An update Nov 3. 3 months after purchase. Phone quit working. Clunking sound inside phone. Was never dropped. This is one of those 5c that was probably returned due to manuf defect, then resold. Not happy now at all. Won't buy this way again.

They said it would be like new condition labeled as mint and I have been using the device for a week now and no problems at all, came with the incorrect manual...but I mean that's a simple mix up and no problem at all.
