First phone that was sent did not have an IMEI number on the back cover, and so was likely not an original. The seller did exchange though for another phone in a prompt manner.

Super fast shipping. However, it was sold under the new resale category. According to swappas definition it should come with it's original accessories. The phone itself was brand new, obtained through HTC "uh oh" program it didn't include, sim card, original charger, earbuds, etc. Another thing it didn't include was the pin accessory that allows you to access the sim card slot and the SD card slot. It did come with a compatible charger, and the phone was brand new, so I can't complain too much. All in all I'd give this seller a positive review, but not a perfect review.

The box's seal was broken and it may have been opened but the phone appeared to be new. The seller shipped quickly.

I tried contacting the seller regarding the pink tint on the camera, which happens sometimes on this model. I did not get a response in any manner to help with the situation.

Transaction was near perfect. The only complaint, and it didn't end up mattering much, was that I felt the phone was shipped the day after I purchased it, not the day of. And, I did order it in the morning.

The phone, however, was in excellent condition as advertised. It's been operational now for almost a week and have had no issues.

Would definitely do business with It's All Wireless again.
