There was a problem with phone so it was returned
Shipping was delayed, but phone was just as described.
Phone looks great! Appeared exactly how it looked online!...would buy again...
Seller did not ship phone until I called to chase it days later. Once shipped, the phone was not the same model as advertised (though nearly). After contacting the seller, they promised to "look into it", but weeks later I still have not heard back from them. As the phone was to be a Christmas gift I decided to simply keep it and give up on this seller.
Phone was well-packaged, and looked like it is brand new. It arrived in 5 days (one of those days was Sunday). It works great. I would buy from this seller again - just don't expect the phone to arrive in TWO days...
Also, the phone is grey, not white....no big deal for me, but I could see how this might upset someone else

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
