The phone is perfect. The shipping was quick, despite the USPS deciding the package needed a side trip to Tennessee. Sprint made the activation of the phone way more difficult than it needed to be. The seller was kind enough to offer a replacement phone, but in the end, Sprint finally did their part and activated the phone and it works perfectly.

This sale was horrible. We are a company and ordered multiple phones from swappa. The one we got from this company still had all of the contacts in it and had water damage. The phone does not work. Since it took us awhile to get it up and running we didn't realize this until after 14 days had passed. The seller has been unresponsive to our call and emails. We still have not received a working phone. We are simply asking to have him replace the phone with one that is working. At this point we are in a claim with paypal over this purchase. Very frustrated.....

Phone that showed up was not flawless as advertised. The menu button didn't work right, and within a day the power button stopped working altogether.

Seller had me return the defective phone (at my cost), and they sent another. The new phone worked correctly, but was the wrong color. It was white, and the phone I ordered was black. I decided to just keep it to avoid the additional cost and hassle of sending it back.

I wouldn't go with this seller again... Too much headache to get the product I ordered.
