Nice phone it looks brand new, i just wish it would have said it does not come with a battery bummer....

Not what I paid for after opening the box and taking it to a sprint store for activation I was told it's not a sprint phone and can't be activated on my account. After looking up the model number I found out it's actually a Verizon phone. Not happy all. Too to it all off in order to get a refund on a item that was not as described I have to pay shipping just to get my money back.

Update seller said they would issue a full refund if I want happy and they that I had to pay shipping. They tried to say they hadn't received the phone. I told him no worries I will just ask the post office and suddenly they found it. They didn't issue a refund until I threatened to file a claim with PayPal a week later. They then issued a partial refund. Avoid this guy at all costs.

Unit is in great shape, arrived packaged well, and with all the items included. Happy camper!

I had some initial problems with the phone and contacted the seller but received no response. I was able to get some help from the tmobile store and resolve the issue so my overall purchase is now satisfactory. Given the lack of response, I'm not sure I would purchase from the seller again. The phone did look mint as advertised.

Was pleasantly surprised with speed with which this was completed, actually shocked would be a better term-well done!
