The seller did an excellent job. The phone got to me as quick as it could and looks to be in excellent condition. I do have one question. Is the battery new or fairly new? It has not been lasting me all day. However, my husband says I should have taken off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use. (Did not realize they were both on) I will find out after today but hope they will let me know. Again, I was very happy with their prompt service and excellent condition of the phone.
Initial mishap with shipping was corrected swiftly when I contacted seller. The phone arrived fully functional and in great condition.
It came just as it said and was in really good condition. Like new.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
