Positive sale, the phone was as described.
I have no complaints at all.. The phone is just like new... And works as it should.. Its been awhile since I put in work to root phones but I like the fact that this one has an unlocked bootloader.. Thank you again... Blessings

Wrong item initially sent. Correct item was eventually sent. Still waiting for promised return label.
Seller did not provide the original charger and did not state the charger included was a generic non fast charger effectively reducing the value of the item by the cost of a new charger. I contacted the seller and they will not provide the correct charger. This should have been stated more clearly and indicates that this is refurbished being sold as like new.
Quick shipping and a seamess transaction.
Seller stated phone was in like new condition, it is not the metal around the rear camera is scratched, and missing paint. Would not have purchased it stated.
The phone that came was all white with a white back but that's not really a big deal for me..
Editted on 10/24/16 - Phone has been a problem but manageable. Now it is spontaneously shutting down. I could deal with the minor issues but this problem is a no-go. Trying to contact seller for options since last week.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
