Perfect Galaxy 4. Disappointed I couldn't activate as Sprint store said phone was an AT&T phone. In my gut, I believe Sprint is simply trying to force us into purchasing a new phone from them. I spoke with Jim Harrington (extremely courteous) said Swappa will send me a shipping label for return and refund my money.

Very very disappointed!! I got sent a phone that didn't work after a week I had it. It wouldn't turn on, and I lost all my photos. I sent the phone back, and paid to ship it back... They said they would send another one out right after they got it. This did NOT happen. They instead refunded me a partial refund. I was charged a restocking fee for an item that didn't work. I then called and emailed about getting the remaining $40 refund. Left messages and emails. No response AT ALL!!! Very bad way to do business. Buyer beware. This was less than ideal. They could have made it right, but didn't in the end. They never said I would have to pay a restocking fee... and the phone had NO physical damage at all! It was past the date because I was trying to get my information and photos off of the phone. I asked multiple times if they had any suggestions because the phone wouldn't turn on!!! Said they would send another phone... DIDN'T! Unbelievable. Now they are not being honest.

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
