Very quick shipment. I was expecting a Silver LG G5 but received a Titan color (dark gray) instead; no big deal to be honest.

Phone is in good condition. The screen looks almost brand new. I do have a couple of small cosmetic defects with the silver trim (expected with 'Good' condition) but it has a chip on the top left of the device which I was not expecting. Good thing it is going to be in a case 99.99% of the time!

It did come with the charger but it was the travel charger and not the fast charger. Again, no big deal, at least it came with one! Plenty of OEM units available on Amazon for cheap.

Overall, pleased with the transaction... hope to do business with again!

The phone arrived quickly. The screen and case is without scratches or dings. It's been 3 days since I've received it and so far everything works great.

Other than the slow delivery from USPS, the return process was good. I received my replacement phone very quickly. Customer service was friendly and professional.
