I received the item promptly however it was marketed as new retail but either it wasn't and was re-sold or it was improperly delivered (so possibly fault of shipping company) and someone else accidentally opened it. I received it in a USPS cardboard envelope, but inside that was a damaged/ripped open UPS cardboard envelope and inside that was a bubble wrap UPS envelope with the phone. The phone, which was supposed to be retail new, already had the two stickers that hold the box shut cut open with a razor and the protective plastic on the back looks like it ha been removed and then replaced as it was not aligned and the sides were all sticking out around it. It also didn't have the protective film over the camera lens area like my last 2 S5's had when they were new and mint when I purchased them from Swappa. Otherwise the phone seems to be in working order, though I've only had it for a hour (so far I've only charged it and turned it on to make sure it does that at least).

Purchased phone described as mint condition. The SIM card reader did not function and the water damage indicator inside of the SIM/SD card slot had red X's indicating the phone had past water damage. Even the most brief inspections should have caught that. I spent time calling and then going to my carrier about the device yet the seller didn't offer any apologies for the inconvenience. I was instructed to just send it back and was not given a return order number although their terms indicated one was required. I had to contact the seller more than once and was finally emailed prepaid postage. I received a full refund in a timely manner.

Positive, received in in 2days, but then I live close to the shipper. Powered on, but waiting on sim card to fully activate. Arrived in mint condition! No complaints.

Ordered a mint condition Samsung Galaxy S7 with charger and cable. The phone looked mint, screen looked great, case looked great. The battery however was junk. A couple of minutes of light email and texting and it dropped 5%. I estimate it dropped 1% every minute, so it wouldn't last much more than and hour and half with just the display on (not play videos or music). The charger was also a cheap 3rd party charger with a crack in the case, rated at only 500 mA (for reference the OEM Samsung charge can supply up to 2000 mA). At one point the battery was actually loosing charge while that charger was plugged in.
They did accept the return and gave a full refund, but I had to pay for the return shipping. I asked 3 times for a prepaid return shipping label (2 emails, 1 phone call) and they ignored all requests.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
