First phone didn't work, but seller acted quickly to make it right and got me another one that worked and now I have one that is good and as advertised. Thanks for the prompt service to make it right.

the phone was not the version stated in the ad. I had asked for a 1586 and got a 1549, not happy at all since I had bought this to go to Europe and I have no certainty it will work there.
Sent grey iPhone instead of silver but that is o.k.
Ordered phone on Monday 5/15 and received on Thursday 5/25, so not that "fast" as claimed. According to the tracking info, on 5/15 "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item" and on 5/22 "Arrived at USPS Origin Facility."
The phone is in mint condition as described and was a good deal.
Product came exactly as described and I received it within 48 hours of ordering. Thanks for a great and easy sale!!!!

Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
