Received the phone and it started having issues almost immediately with spotty cell service and a battery that lasted for five hours (on idle). The phone wasn't activated for about three weeks after we received it and shortly after activating it, it stopped receiving cell service at all. New SIM card, restored to factory, and rebooted phone; nothing worked. Seller refused to help out in any way as it was 7 days outside of warranty. Never using Swappa again.

Item received fast. The first phone sent looked brand new, however there was an issue with the camera and it was blurry. Contacted seller and they offered a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and they authorized return quickly for another unit. Received new unit a few days later after I returned the bad one and it also looks brand new and works flawlessly. The only con was that I had to pay for the return shipping due to a defective item from the seller. Overall though a good experience and I'm going to buy my wife a cell phone from them and hope it is in perfect condition also and I don't have to go through the swap procedure.
