First iPhone was a lemon. Second one worked fine. Very slow process to get the second phone. Seller did admit mistake on their part.

The phone was sold as NEW it was refurbished, and the battery exploded!!! I went to a store to get the battery changed after 5 months, the battery exploded on the guy changing. when he showed me the remnants, there was a refurbished sticker, and there were screws missing. This was NOT a new phone! I wouldn't trust seller statements again!
i indicated via email to the seller it was very urgent I get the phone soon as possible. Received the phone a day later than promised. It was locked (unusable), so I had to contact the seller (after the weekend) then send back. The return went just fine, but just received the replacement phone and it's not the same color I ordered. So even though I expressed it was an urgent situation, it took just about 3 weeks from the day I ordered the phone until I got a working phone and it wasn't even the color I'd ordered.
Phone came as described. Looks good; everything seems to check out.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
