For the most part it was alright, seller could have been a little polite. Only gave very blunt answers. Might want to work on your customer service communication skills.

Nothing personal -- I ordered a Note 5 mint condition, and received a Note 5 that was nice, but not mint (slight wear and tear). Sent back and they paid for postage (which was a positive). Received my refund immediately, so i decided to give ItsAllWireless a second shot - ordered the same item, but instead received a Samsung S7 Edge (a beautiful phone in mint condition, but still not what I ordered). They paid postage to send back and it took a day after they received the phone, for them to credit my account. I am now going through Gazelle.com, to purchase a Note 8 instead. It all worked out for the best for me.... I wouldn't purchase from them again, but others may have a different experience.

No problems with the condition of the phone we received or the time it took. Unfortunately the charger that came with the phone did not work. Additionally I would not recommend this phone to anyone. My daughter had the phone for less than two days before she dropped it (we had not had the chance to buy a case yet). The screen cracked very badly. We took it to several repair shop who all said it would cost around $300 to repair (The phone cost $310). They also said avoid these type of phones where the screen wraps around the edge
They are rediculusly prone to shattering
