Supposed 'Mint' phone had modest issues from the beginning, but figured not worth effort to turn back in during 30 day warranty. Of course the warranty has expired and phone issues have gotten worse. No volume in handset earpiece. Squiggly lines on display, video image recycling etc. Seller would not work with me to find a reasonable and fair solution. Clearly not a 'Mint' phone. Very disappointed with the seller.

For the most part it was alright, seller could have been a little polite. Only gave very blunt answers. Might want to work on your customer service communication skills.

Nothing personal -- I ordered a Note 5 mint condition, and received a Note 5 that was nice, but not mint (slight wear and tear). Sent back and they paid for postage (which was a positive). Received my refund immediately, so i decided to give ItsAllWireless a second shot - ordered the same item, but instead received a Samsung S7 Edge (a beautiful phone in mint condition, but still not what I ordered). They paid postage to send back and it took a day after they received the phone, for them to credit my account. I am now going through Gazelle.com, to purchase a Note 8 instead. It all worked out for the best for me.... I wouldn't purchase from them again, but others may have a different experience.
