Got exactly what I ordered.
iPhone purchased July 15, 2018. Received wrong iPhone (incorrect carrier). Returned wrong iPhone, then finally received iPhone7 (correct carrier) although now NOT the color I ordered but THAT"s NO BIG DEAL because it's now the second week of August; I finally got what I'd purchased! October 1, 2018 iPhone7 indicates "NO SERVICE" in upper left of screen. Called Apple directly; they sent a return merchandise container. October 18, 2018 Apple returns iPhone7 to me stating " OUR WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER ISSUES CAUESD BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS". Now I contact seller ( It's All Wireless ) asking what can be done to correct this problem. Seller indicates "It's All Wireless has a 30 day return policy" so this phone is NOT covered. I questioned modifications performed on this iPhone7, seller indicates they don't do modifications. The Ietter I received from Apple Care Service says previous owner named Shirley M. had this Iphone7 when it was ROSE GOLD!

The seller was good to work with. I received the phone I ordered in a very timely manner and it is in great condition as advertised. The charging cable that came with it did not work properly and the seller replaced in a timely manner. The battery does not hold a charge for as long as expected... I understand it is a used phone and there would be some wear down on battery life, but it is quite a bit less than I would expect. Not a massive issue as I went to the Apple store and had the battery replace.

Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
