Took four days for my phone to actually be shipped out although the sellers webpage stated they would ship same day if item was purchased before 2pm, which mine was. I had to finally reach out the a Swappa Rep to see if they would help get in contact with shipper to see where my item was. The shipping label was created one day but the phone was actually dropped off at the facility the next day (i work for USPS so i could track the physical location of the pkg). Overall the phone i received was as described and did not come with a Power Cord.
I have emailed twice to order accessories, but haven't received an response. I will wait until the end of the day today before taking another route.

I do not recommend this seller. They misrepresented their product. They listed an iPhone 7 as Mint (and somehow it got approved) ,but when I received the phone the metal back had 2 very large gashes in it, the screen had small scratches, and the sides had lots of scrapes. Do not trust this seller!!!
Without photos or details on battery health, I took a leap of faith. The phone is in great physical condition and it's health is 100%. Thanks!

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
