Phone came in just slightly scratched but otherwise seemingly good condition. Within two weeks of use, the wifi/bluetooth chip are not functioning properly and no repair service is willing to fix it due to the nature of the issue. No damage was done on my part as I never dropped it or had it near any liquid. I woke up on a regular day and found that it was no longer working. This phone is out of warranty so to replace it with apple would cost double of what I paid this phone for. These kind quality factors should be controlled before putting the phone back on the market, otherwise it’s just a dishonest and shady business model
My oldest daughter live the phone I got earlier so much I had to get another one for my youngest. Once again it arrived in perfect condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
