Having issues with the phone 2 weeks after arrival, i am trying to get a hold of someone to see what can be done but navigating around trying to find any help is like pulling teeth.

Purchased a "mint" phone with two weeks to go until Christmas, as a Christmas gift. Received the phone promptly but the screen had a chip and a scuff mark in it. They were small, but the chip was right in the middle of the screen.
Communication "Its all Wireless" was slow and inconsistent. They would indicate that something would be done "tomorrow" when it would actually take an extra day or more. These were relatively little things like uploading a shipping label and shipping the replacement phone. I did finally receive a replacement phone that I would consider "mint" and when I spoke to them on the phone they were very courteous which is why I'm not giving them a negative rating.

Even with the holidays it should not have taken three weeks to resolve this issue.

Also, don't make promises you can't keep. It's more frustrating to be told something is going to happen and it not happen, then it is to be told the truth and understand have to wait an extra day.

The phone was not an ATT phone but Cricket which was reimaged with ATT software. Once notified the seller was cooperative and arranged a refund.

I have not yet checked the phone, its a Christmas gift for my daughter so until we actually set it up we wont know if its all working. I will update after the holiday

Phone is gorgeous, have ATT and had network issues for months before finally giving up and buying another phone. I go to package it up and realize this box is for Verizon... Not sure if that affects the network connectivity, but would make sense.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
