Product is mint as described, activated and working as expected. Pics showed charger and cable I not received but description said they are not required so I guess it's just a misunderstanding on my part.

Phone is mint but not Verizon as advertised. It's from Charter and won't update to Android 10 like a Verizon phone would.

Phone came quickly, seemingly mint condition, everything seems to be working well so far.

Slightly sketchy mail packaging. (Maybe not fault of seller? FEDEX package had been opened and resealed when received, inside that was used UPS packaging and inside that was a USPS box which was dented. phone was securely wrapped inside.

The phone I first ordered wasn't available so seller contacted me quickly to inform me and ask of it was ok if it was a different color. Within moments of me telling him that it was ok I received a tracking number. Phone was shipped and received very quickly. BUT... I was unable to use the phone because it was still listed under another carrier and it was still under a contract!!!! Seller quickly sent a return label and refunded me as soon as they received the phone. Even though the phone didn't work, the service was good.

The phone came in as described but dealing with the company with shipping was a hassle. The phone wasn't shipped out when it was supposed to. When it didn't arrive on time I contacted the seller and they said it would ship out the next day, then they changed the shipping day again and it had to wait until the next week. In the end I'm satisfied with the phone but not the shipping.

Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
