Did not ship out within 2 business days. Phone was sold as Mint condition but had noticeable scratches on the back. But overall the phone works fine.
This is my first purchase through Swappa so I was unsure what to expect. The service was kind and courteous, the sellers were responsive and the moderators did an excellent job of helping with inquires. Although there was a small issue regarding shipping days and time, it was a decent experience and I would not mind using Swappa or this seller again.

Item was not received but total was refunded promptly.
Item came in with a battery problem. Was able to return item for full refund.
Very nice phone
Originally sent incorrect phone. The turn around for swap to new phone was fairly long, though can't complain because when received. Correct phone worked as expected. Overall, positive experience
Item was in Mint condition at stated. Battery was at 38%, which is less than optimal for long term storage but otherwise fine. Packaging was somewhat spartan, but fully sufficient. No charging cable provided with sale.
Didn't use actual photos of device.
Item as described. Not a scratch on it.

We offer a 30-day money-back or exchange guarantee (excluding the shipping and handling charge) for all items we sell.
Our goal is to make every customer transaction our most important. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but realize that sometimes returns are necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery. If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material. Please be sure to call or email our customer service department immediately if you received a damaged shipment.
