Bought a mint iPhone 7 Plus from this seller and came just as described. However we did have a problem we did have a problem where the device had to be returned because it wasn’t reading the SIM card but they do offer to replace the phone or go for a refund. I opted to replace the phone but communication with the seller was a little slow so there was a bit of a delay trying to get the replacement.

Phone arrived as described. However, it took over two weeks to receive the phone.
Seller provided discount/refund to account for the delay, but it would have been nice to have the phone in a timely manner.

It's ok. It wasnt the phone I wanted it's an open carrier phone (I needed Tmobile) and it arrived with little bubbles in the screen. But its ok

When the phone is set to 4G the calls go straight to voice mail. The only way to fix the problem is to switch to 3G which means basically means no internet. It's either call or internet but not both.disapointing

Device wasn't mint as advertised. Seller did eventually refund the difference in price but there's no accounting for the time I had to spend dealing with this mistake.

Took four days for my phone to actually be shipped out although the sellers webpage stated they would ship same day if item was purchased before 2pm, which mine was. I had to finally reach out the a Swappa Rep to see if they would help get in contact with shipper to see where my item was. The shipping label was created one day but the phone was actually dropped off at the facility the next day (i work for USPS so i could track the physical location of the pkg). Overall the phone i received was as described and did not come with a Power Cord.

When I looked at the photos it was made to look like the phone came with the wireless charger and cables. That was the main reason I decided to buy this phone over a couple of the others in the same price range. I should have read the sale information more thoroughly but I assumed I would get what I saw in the pictures. I will say that the phone is in excellent condition and everything works although I did have to delete photos from the previous owner.
