The phone was professionally packaged and in great condition, shipped quickly. However, it was the wrong phone (grey instead of gold). Mistakes happen, but Seller provided bad customer service in getting the phone exchanged and ultimately, I had to involve Swappa customer service and request a refund.

Product was as described and delivered in a timely fashion. I had emailed questions that were not however responded to, but all worked out in the end.

I am updating my review now that I've had my phone for a week. It was not in "mint" condition...looks great but the home button makes a noise when it is used, the screen freezes up and the charger that was sent is not an Apple charger but a knock off for which I get the "this accessory is not supported".

I purchased a phone that was advertised as in "mint condition". It arrived quickly and the physical condition of the phone was great. However, the actual device did not work "flawlessly" as advertised. The screen did not work well and the sound quality was poor when making calls. I had to send the phone back. In ItsAllWireless's terms and conditions, they stated that they would provide a return label for any returns that were a result of the item being damaged or being not as advertised. When I contacted them for the information to return my item, a shipping label was not provided.

Phone stopped working after 60 days under normal use and seller's response was "30 return policy" and no effort was even made to understand the problem and provide a recommendation for fix. Transaction focused only. Stay clear and buy from a personal reseller, not a basement tech shop that could care less about its customers.

Phone looks and works great. Very fast shipping. Charger that came with the phone doesn't work though :(

EDIT: Phone worked until a few days ago when I got the "cellular update failed" message. Cannot send/receive calls or texts. Sent phone into Apple Repair, but Apple won't fix the phone because it has been modified by a 3rd party. I basically paid $300+ for a phone to only work for a few months and to get screwed in the end. A refund has already been requested by me. I won't purchase from/recommend this seller unless action is taken and I am reimbursed. Definitely NOT mint condition if it's been modified. Sad because I've always talked so highly about Swappa...

Numerous problems occurred with this seller and all are not yet resolved. Although courteous, they are not quick to respond. First, I was sent the wrong phone and a defective cord. When the correct phone arrived, was not given another cord. Was promised shipping label for return but had to contact them a second time to get this. Was promised a cord two weeks ago and hasn't arrived yet. This company is frustrating to deal with and I would not recommend them.

Phone arrived pretty fast (within two days), however on the first day of use I noticed the ear buds for this phone advertised as NEW did not work properly (one of the ear buds did not work). I really didn’t worry because I already had buds from my other IPhone. By the 3rd day the phone stopped charging at which time I emailed seller and was informed that the charger may be damaged (for a NEW phone). Eventually the phone stop charging altogether and after taking the phone to Apple, I was informed that the phone was purchased in 2014. I reached out to the seller once again and didnt receive a reply until AFTER I moved forward with a paypal dispute. I was provided instructions on return but when I asked about the paid postage explained on his page, I did not receive a response despite two messages being sent. I am going to move forward getting this handled through paypal. I wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYONE. I ended up having to pay out of pocket for a phone with Apple

iPhone purchased July 15, 2018. Received wrong iPhone (incorrect carrier). Returned wrong iPhone, then finally received iPhone7 (correct carrier) although now NOT the color I ordered but THAT"s NO BIG DEAL because it's now the second week of August; I finally got what I'd purchased! October 1, 2018 iPhone7 indicates "NO SERVICE" in upper left of screen. Called Apple directly; they sent a return merchandise container. October 18, 2018 Apple returns iPhone7 to me stating " OUR WARRANTY DOESN'T COVER ISSUES CAUESD BY UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS". Now I contact seller ( It's All Wireless ) asking what can be done to correct this problem. Seller indicates "It's All Wireless has a 30 day return policy" so this phone is NOT covered. I questioned modifications performed on this iPhone7, seller indicates they don't do modifications. The Ietter I received from Apple Care Service says previous owner named Shirley M. had this Iphone7 when it was ROSE GOLD!
