Terrible experience with this seller (It's All Wireless). I ordered a Galaxy S8 and had to send the product back twice, first because of screen burn on the phone that wasn't in the description, and second because the replacement they sent was the wrong phone. Unbelievably, when I did receive the correct phone in good condition (2 months later), they didn't even include the basic charger (as advertised). Seller was unresponsive and I would probably still be waiting if I hadn't notified Swappa of the difficulties. No discount for the huge inconvenience or even reimbursement for the cost of shipping (twice!).

May be minor but I bought a "mint condition" phone. The bottom right of the phone, you can see the light from the back arrow coming through the bottom of the phone as if the phone is starting to come apart and when on a black screen and the back button lights us it lights up the bottom the the screen. The s-pen is very scratched and missing color. Definitely not a "mint condition" phone. Disappointed

Sold me a refurb without disclosing that information anywhere in the product listing. This was my 3rd Galaxy S7 Edge. This phone was not factory...I noticed this because the speaker was loud even when covering the speaker...and worse, the first time this phone got wet, it died. My previous two phones were in the water constantly...no problems. This phone wasn't even submerged and died.
Would not buy from this seller again.

"9/10 Almost Mint Condition" apparently means two deep scratches on the front face of the phone as well as a decent of smaller scratches on the screen for good measure. It shipped fast, but the condition of this was extremely exaggerated.

Sale went fine. However, delivery method and carrier was selected by the vendor as USPS 2-day priority; I| had no say in the matter even though I paid in full, in advance. Package was mis-delivered to the wrong location, and upon first notice that phone did not arrive as claimed, this vendor told me gee that's too bad, but it's my problem. I have news for him...it was most definitely his problem, since *his* carrier did not deliver correctly. Phone did turn up, but I had to do all the legwork...these guys wouldn't lift a finger. Would not purchase from It's All Wireless again, because of this attitude. Lots of other vendors much more in tune with their customer expectations.
