Absolutely a fraudster, do NOT buy from thi seller. Bought an iPad which never got delivered to me because the seller forwarded the package without my consent. Did not refund me in full, even breaching Swappa's policy. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from this fraud

The phone is no longer working. There is a “No Service” error. Apple will not fix this as they have identified that the phone has been tampered with.

I never received my device and am being charged for shipping even though swappa messed up on the shipping address. Very upsetting and untimely communication. I am beyond frustrated.

Hi. I need to return this device, as it is defective. Took multiple tries to activate, only to get stuck in a reboot--system update loop that never finished. Even a factory reset did not help. The device makes a crunching sound, leading me to believe that the back was removed at some point. Please contact me as soon as possible for refund/exchange options.

Received the phone quickly. Phone was in great condition, and so far is working well and as expected.

Update-The phone had a logic board crash at ~5 months old and is dead/inoperable.

Phone is not what it says it should be. Serial number says it should be red, while the actual color of it is gray.

Did not want this item. Would like a refund
