Ultimately, the phone had the ghost screen issue and had to be returned. That should have been identified before reselling it on swappa in mint condition. Because I am deployed to Africa returning the phone was challenging and very expensive, it also means a replacement is not possible... nor is a repair at the Apple store... Its all Wireless was easy to work with.... the main issue being that a phone with an issue rendering it nonfunctional until repaired by Apple and common to the model was sold as mint.

**BUYER BEWARE**

The item (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) was listed as being on the Boost Mobile network; and I purchased for that reason specifically. Received the phone and the phone is in fact NOT Boost Mobile, but instead Sprint. I'm very disappointed and have wasted 300 dollars.
This is a very big thumbs down for me. Please give customers accurate information in the future!

They sent me a defective phone when I ordered one that was meant to be mint condition and refused to let me return it because of a small crack. Don't bother with this company.

First phone arrived with water damaged port - Seller replaced the phone, but I didn't realize until a couple months later that now THIS phone has condensation on the front camera lens under the screen/glass! Two phones with water damage is not a coincidence. Took to Samsung tech support who said it was not a manufacture defect, but that the waterproof adhesive seal was broken either when dropped or refurbished, and I would need to spend $200 to replace the screen altogether. Hope the seller can address this quality control issue, because this was anything but a "Mint" condition phone. Again, TWO phones with water damage.

Poor business practice. They listed a "mint" white Galaxy S10 for $345. I bought it, then they claimed "there was an issue" and cancelled the order. Hours later, they listed 10 "mint" white Galaxy S10s for $455. No doubt, they're seeing if they could get more money. I get it, but doing that after the sale closed is unethical. I missed out on another deal I liked assuming this order was being fulfilled.

Seller cancelled my order with no explanation (their "explanation" was that "there was an issue with my order"). This is ridiculous. They shouldn't be allowed to sell on swappa if they aren't going to fulfill their orders.

HORRIBLE! Do not order from this company. They didn't send out the phone on time. They didn't give me any info about shipping or contact me about what was going on with the phone. They took my money right away and didn't do anything else. I had to contact swappa to see what was going on. They were a huge help. They contacted the seller and told them to do something or give me a refund. The only thing the seller told us were "im sorry here's a refund". So did they even have the phone to sell? Very disappointed!

I bought a Note 9 "mint" even though it only had pictures of the back cover. I asked twice, both business days when would it be shipped, to no response. I got Swappa involved the third day and the seller replied immediately that it would be shipped that day. Almost a week passed by before the seller actually shipped it and by then I already bought a new Note 9 elsewhere, filed a paypal claim for a return and commented asking the seller to cancel. The seller never responded again and still shipped the phone days later. I rejected the package and Paypal disbursed my funds back to me. I understand now why people recommend buying from 5 star sellers. This was a horrible experience with this seller; I'll just do what I've always did and buy electronics brand new. You'd think someone would appreciate you giving them your hard-earned money, especially in a time where unemployment is record high -- NOPE! I'd suggest you take your money elsewhere, where your purchases are appreciated.

This was by far one of the worst online buying experiences I have ever had. I chose this company for their great reviews and statement of quick shipment. Mine was anything but. They created a shipping label 2 days after purchase giving me an estimated delivery date but held the package for over a week before it actually began shipping. All attempts at communication were outright ignored. The phone when it finally did arrive was in excellent condition but in very unusual packaging. A ups envelope inside a USPS box inside a FedEx box.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.
