Completely junk phone. Battery failed in a month. Replacement screen on and touch ID button failed short time later. This was the replacement for the first phone that failed. These jokers are not to be trusted with your hard earned money....

Phone came with 60% battery health and dies constantly.

Received original phone fast and in the condition as described. Was not able to use original phone due to it being blocked by verizon which consequently messed up my account and was without service for 10 days due to the original phone being flagged as fraud. Reported to seller and they offered a replacement phone along with a pair of new samsung earbuds to make up for the inconvenience. Received the replacement phone and was never communicated to that it was an "unlocked" phone and not a verizon phone like I ordered. However I did not receive the samsung earbuds they promised. Communication was not timely or clear. In the end I am able to use the phone but the communication and customer service was poor for a seller with 1000+ ratings.

I have to mark this complete in order to leave a comment, but the sale was not completed as described. After 3 weeks of trying to get them to send the correct charger- which was included in the price- I have given up. Their solution was to have me send the whole phone back to them, when the charger was the only problem. Have purchased from them a handful of times, and product was great and transaction went smoothly. However, if there is any issue- as this time- they are completely unequipped to handle it. Comments back and forth lead me to believe they barely read them before responding. Very frustrating and disappointing experience, and I never got the charger they promised. Hope it's right the first time, or you're in for problems.

Used the phone no problem for a month and a half. Now, it's been reported stolen. How do I contact the seller now that I have a useless phone that's been shut down by my carrier?

The phone did not match the description. The device I bought was listed as mint but had various telltale signs of usage. Most notable being light screen burn and a nice dent in the frame of the phone. Completely wrong color was sent but that can be overlooked. (Listing said color was black and I recieved gold?)

I communicated with the seller, they only offered an exchange, a full refund, or little compensation when asked if you were to keep the device. Take caution buying or be prepared to ship the device back until you get what you ordered. Another buyer from Apr 09 mentions the condition falsely described also.

Seller gave absolutely no update then suddenly refunded my money. Worst swappa experience yet. I had a customer waiting on a phone and now they will have to wait even longer!!!

This was not a positive experience. The customer was not originally provided with the item as listed. The item was not originally AT&T, but was Boost mobile, which did not have a clean registry and the company acted like they didn't know what the problem was when I described it. I did eventually get a "near" mint phone per the description that appears to work.
