Supplier was late shipping phone. When I contacted supplier they stated they would ship FedEx Express (2-day) which I appreciated but Supplier never shipped. When I checked tracking 2 days later it said label created. I contacted supplier and requested a refund if phone didn’t ship. They refunded my money. Very disappointing because I really needed the phone ASAP.

The phone I received was in good shape as promised but the battery was only at 50% and “seriously degraded”. I did reach out to the seller and they did inform me that I had contacted them past the 30 day return period. They seemed willing to try and make it right but then stopped communicating.

Buyer Beware!!!! This vendor is full of crap!! I had to return two iPhone due to problems with it. I purchased in October 14 and I am just getting my refund from them in December. This vendor is a hit or miss so please read the comments and make a wise decision and don't buy a phone from them. swappa needs to take them off a vendor personally because this is bad and terrible service. I had to go back and fourth with this vendor and got really frustrated when the replacement phone they sent from the first phone not working was not functioning properly I asked for a refund. Highly don't recommend them and I'm glad I got my money back because I believe they didn't want to give it to me.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.

If you receive a damaged shipment, please be sure to take pictures or write down the details any visible damage or and circumstances about the delivery.
