I have returned the phone to the seller in less than one week of purchase. The phone was faulty and defective. They shipped with no SIM card as advertised, the phone would not hold a charge, and it turned off and on continuously and randomly. The phone also overheated when it was not charging and would not store selfie photos. I was very dissatisfied. The seller has contacted me and I have shipped it back for a full refund.

Device arrived promptly and physically in mint condition as advertised. However the device stopped working in less than one day. Seller has been unresponsive with respect to customer support and has not (or will not) provide any return information. Now I'm stuck with a mint condition brick of a phone.

Seller never responded to a question about mistakenly ordering the wrong the phone. The device is stated as unlocked but will only work with AT&T. S-PEN was not included with phone.

Worst transaction experience. Tried to contact the seller 3 different times and never got back to Me.
Your response just mean you are the one who is fraud. You can’t write before making a payment. I made the payment through PayPal and you received the payment and that’s why I was able to write a review!!

Ordered the iPhone 8 in gray and received it in silver. Asked if they had a gray one in stock and did not receive an answer. Emailed them again and asked for a refund and they still have not responded. Don’t trust this seller. Bad first experience using swappa.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for and exchange or refund within 30 days. Returns and exchanges which are not a result of an error by IAW are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Please note that all returns require an RMA#. Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the RMA#. This is a strict requirement so that returns are processed smoothly and efficiently. Any packages received without a proper RMA# will be refused.

If the return or exchange is a result of an error by IAW, we will supply a postage paid label for the return postage. If it is not due to a IAW error, the buyer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs to return the product.
