I ordered a phone that was supposed to come with a charger, but when I received my item, there was only a phone and no charger. I contacted the seller and he said he would send me the charger. However, after a week of waiting for the charger to come in, I contacted the seller again. Turns out, the seller forgot to make a note to his sender and the charger was never sent. The seller finally sent it out himself. I would have given a positive rating, but I was without a charger for a whole week and couldn't use the phone . Having said that, the seller was apologetic and responded quickly to my messages. Will probably buy again in the future.

We ship out all items in 1 business day via UPS. Once shipped please allow 2-5 business days for your item to arrive.

Return & Refund Policies

We accept returns within 30 days. However, please be aware that we do charge a 20% restocking fee on the merchandise amount, and paid shipping fees are non-refundable (Restocking fees cover the costs of Re-Testing and Re-Listing). Buyers are also responsible for all return shipping costs, including providing signature confirmation on their return package. Buyers must return merchandise in the same condition that it was received in. If the item is not returned in the same condition it was sent in, then additional fees may be applied or the buyer’s refund can be denied.

*Also, please note if sale is cancelled due to change of mind or address change, a 5% restocking fee will be assessed to recover Paypal fee and time cost to relist the item.
