Great price and the phone came exactly as described.
Seller provides good customer service and the response is quick. The phone was shipped and delivered on time. However, the phone is not in the condition as described in the listing. It was listed as "Mint". "Mint" is flawless and no screen scracthes. However, the phone has multiple small scratches on screen and are visible when it is off. Not visible when the screen is on. Per my understanding, it should be listed a "Good" condition per Swappa definition, not "Mint". Complained to the Seller. An explanation was given. I guess the understanding of "Mint" is very subjective. Keeping the phone as the price is for the "Good" phone.
4 stars for customer service. 3.5 stars for the product quality.

Return & Refund Policies
- We accept returns up to 14 days after the sale for any reason as long as the phone is returned in the exact same condition as delivered
- If there are issues with the (Cosmetic or functional issues), we will issue a return label
- If the phone is returned due to buyer’s remorse or any other reason, there will be $35 restocking fee + a 2.9% paypal charge that will not be refunded
- To return the device, you need to send a message on the sale page and get an RMA number and shipping address. No returns are accepted without a valid RMA #
- All devices returned must be free of icloud, find my iphone and user pass code locks. No return can be processed if the device is not reset to factory settings
