Lumia 950 XL advertised as "New (Resale)" and "unopened" was well packaged but arrived in opened, activated, and used condition. Seller made claims he was unaware but information on the phone indicated otherwise. Return address was provided, but I never heard from him after this. Paypal processed a refund only after I escalated a dispute to a claim 48 hrs after seller received return shipment.

I recommend not purchasing a phone from this seller if it is advertised as "New", but used phones are probably fine. Personally, I will not conduct business with this seller again. Two stars is probably better than this transaction deserves.
