Unit was not the the correct model advertised (I got the A1778, not the A1660). The screen is functional, but color accuracy is off; and there are 'glitchy' vertical lines noticeable when the screen brightness is dimmed. Otherwise, the internals and software seem fine. I was able to activate service and initiate my iCloud account without problems.

Pretty quick shipping, safely packed. Aftermarket charger is specifically for Surface Pro 3/4, so all is good. System runs well. Thanks!

UPD:
The phone came with an unauthentic screen, looked super fake, Apple Pay wasn't working. Seller has agreed to replace the screen after requesting Swappa's assistance. Screen quality was so poor it oddly cracked in curves after a 1ft drop. The seller charged me $135 for another unauthentic screen (of high quality).
Mechanical modifications were not described in the listing.

OLD FEEDBACK:
The condition is rather Fair than Good, to be honest, the screen doesn't feel like it's firmly attached to the body (which is common iPhone problem).
Other than that, the device is fully functional, although the loudspeaker has certainly lost some bass.
