Received device, as described, but was locked with a passcode. Seller explained that this was due to a past experience with a phone that got lost / stolen in shipment. There was no documentation provided and no note advising about the passcode. Would have been good to know about this in advance, or at a minimum to have had a sticky note included in the package. A wasted 45-minute trip to Verizon could have easily been avoided.

Good experience -- would purchase again. iPhone required signature upon receipt which caused back and forth to post office (a pain...) but I suppose better safe than sorry. Would purchase again. -- very pleased with iPhone 8.
