Computer arrived quickly in good condition. The couple annoying things were that there was a user on the computer with a password and the password wasn’t provided until I asked for it. Also, the usb-c charging cable didn’t work, but Eugene did give me a partial refund to buy a new one. Overall it was a good experience.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the product. I was a little bit surprised that the MacBook didn't come with the original extension cord that would with the original product. But it wasn't listed by the seller in the first place, so I think it's on my part. But if Swapper could somehow illustrate that in the product, it would make the purchase experience complete.
