Seller was excellent! The first device arrived late (due to no fault of the seller), and they immediately refunded my express shipping fees. When the device arrived, it was unable to read my SIM card. The seller offered refund or replacement (I went with the latter), and I received a second device quickly. A+ service from this seller!

Fast shipping from seller, everything arrived in good condition and so far everything is working perfect.

Phone works well and everything seems to work, but there looks like there may be 2 very small cracks in the screen that I don't remember seeing in the description or pictures. Other than that I'm satisfied.

EDIT 8-4-2019 - Phone display has stopped working. The display now doesn't turn on at all, despite still receiving calls, alarms going off, and other normal phone activity. I even tried to hook the phone up to my TV and it doesn't register at all. And the worst part? The $50 warranty I purchased through Swappa, warrantylife, hasn't returned any of my emails (and it wouldn't matter if they did because I cant display the IMEI number they require!)

Total waste of time, money, and energy.

Seller worked out an issue with wrong item sent. In exchanged I was refunded 20% of what I originally paid for item. Satisfied with purchase.
