Got everything that was listed. Phone was in EXCELLENT shape and came quickly. The SIM card WAS Sprint compatible, though it was not the correct SIM card for this particular device. However, everything else was great.

The product has exceeded expectations thus far. ——EDIT: We were not getting the service out of the phone we expected ultimately. a local repair recommended return/exchange for cause of motherboard issue. Guy patiently helped me locate the right settings menu (internet steered me erroneously—go figure) and ultimately we were able to keep our phone, because it works. V20s are great, but a tad tricky, especially on some carriers. Thanks again Guy! We'll be back!
