The seller sold a clearly broken phone. seller was slow to ship order, was slow to give return information and was slow to refund.

Seller took a LONG time to complete refund and then did not refund return postage (as they said they would) since the phone was not able to be activated on the network because it is already on a network with a phone number. Frustrating!!!

He never sent phone because it got damaged during handling. He offered to repair the phone and i said ok but 3 weeks later he finally decided to refund me. Not cool I have to start over now.

Fast, easy, and just as described.

While the phone as initially received was exactly as advertised and at a good price, it stopped working within 3 weeks. We shipped it back for repair with the promise that repairs would be attempted and completed within 2 days. At the same time, we had gotten an estimate at a local shop but seller only offered a third of this cost. We were without the phone for about a month and ended up having to have it repaired locally anyway as he could not fix it. We received the phone back but it took more than a week to receive the payment. Seller made excuses about moving and illness in family, which I get, but if you are busy, you need to take your listings down. This phone is my teenage son's and is needed for both school and for communication at his events. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
