My phone works just fine, and the seller was able to meet me promptly for local pickup.

Although I was not happy with the phone and had to return it, I give the seller two thumbs up because of excellent customer service! He did not charge me a restocking fee and quickly refunded my money as soon as they receive the phone back. The item shipped was defective with a non working screen. I shipped the item back and now the screen is broken again. The replacement screen is not a certified repair. Furthermore, the NFC/ApplePay does not work on the device and I mentioned this to the seller with no response.

Sale complete. Sadly, I missed it was 64g, so I will be selling it back shortly, but that is my fault not the sellers. Seller was exceptional.

Item received mostly as advertised. There are two areas of hot pixels on the screen. One is almost literally a speck and the other is about the size of a sesame seed. They're only visible when the background is very dark and don't stand out too badly. I thought they were smudges at first. To me this is not mint but I already switched my service so I guess I can live with it. Also, the IMEI was listed by Sprint as having money owed on the phone and that they wouldn't activate it. However, my provider, Virgin Mobile, which uses Sprint, happily activated it so I guess no harm no foul.
