The phone I purchased was received on time and in perfect condition. When I encountered address issues during the purchase, cellular was very quick to help me fix the problems (by refunding the purchase so I could repurchase with a different address), and very cooperative, helpful, and prompt throughout the entire process. A seller I would recommend.

The seller was fast to contact me when I asked to lower the price and I bought it very soon after it was posted. I received it quickly but the shipping inside the box should have been better, I could hear the iPad moving around inside the box, there were lots of misc. stuffing inside the pad it but it didn't hold the iPad still inside of it, since I could shake the box and heard it moving from one end to the other. Wasn't charged when I got it and had to update it immediately to the newest IOS, which weren't problems, just inconvenient. Went through all the settings, tested the camera and video, sound etc and it's all just fine!
