While there was an issue that was not the seller's fault the seller took care of it immediately and without complaint. A+ service!

I have never had an issue with any other seller on any other site for returns. you send the buyer a prepaid label and they return it! Also, I did not pay for a device that had any issues on it. The button is in fact not working correctly, which in fact means the seller is selling something that is not as described. He is getting 3 stars for this exact reason. Selling on a website should not be this difficult for the fact that the seller supposedly "tested the device which is obviously complete and utter crap". Maybe as a website you should see this and maybe change it but then again, all you want is money.
