Fast shipping and great packaging, but not exactly mint because the iPad came with a scratch on the screen about 5mm that I can feel with my fingernail. Not a big deal, though I do wish it was mentioned beforehand. It was a really small scratch on a huge screen so I see how it would be easy to miss. Seller immediately reached out to me about the issue and offered a way to set things right. Very pleasant experience, would buy from again.

Bought an Apple Watch 6 series 44 mm Cellular version for $325 which was a good deal. Shipping was fast! Packaging was meticulous and even had 3 extra bands included. Practically brand new with the protective film still on the watch face. But then found out the cellular function doesn’t work because the cellular function was tied to a corporate/government agency. Seller communicated to immediately apologize and offer $50 to keep it or full refund. I didn’t want to take advantage of a simple mistake on an already good deal. I offered to take $25 and keep the watch. Seller counter and we agreed at $35. He was stubborn and refunded $40. Seller is courteous and understanding. Would be happy to make future purchases from him again. 5 stars.

Fast shipping and mostly accurate description. Phone had a 6mm long scratch in lover ¼ of screen that was not pictured or mentioned. Would have still purchased even if it was mentioned, just didn't like the surprise. Other than that good experience.
