The phone was as described with no problems. The only issue I had was with shipping, I made the purchase on a Friday and it wasn't dropped at the post office until the following Wednesday afternoon. It took 10 days to arrive. I have not had this experience with previous purchases from SWAPPA, but the phone is great!

Great phone. My only recommendation is for the seller to have the shipping personnel scan the item so he gets a receipt and the package shows acceptance on the tracking number for the buyer to see. Dropping it off in a bin without acceptance by the shipping provider or in other words without a postmark is meaningless.
