I received the device, almost as listed. The device was still locked (listed as unlocked) with the seller's carrier, so it took a little more work for me to get the device working with my carrier. The seller was extremely accommodating, and his communication was quick and consistent... the issue was resolved within 24 hours of receiving the device in the mail. I also found the seller to be very generous, there were a few surprises in the delivery box that I didn't expect... and I was very appreciative.

I purchased an iphone from "I got the goods", when I received the phone I spoke to multiple tmobile representatives and reviewed the tmobile imei check website to find out that this phone is being financed and has an outstanding balance that must be paid. I was advised by tmobile to return the device. When I spoke to staff at swappa.com, they also advised that I return the phone and that this phone violates their purchase agreements. Swappa also advised that the seller give me an a FULL refund. After seller disagreed, swappa contacted me and said I need to contact paypal. Seller denies all this contrary to all our findings and that of the staff of swappa.com. Seller fought me tooth and nail to stop me from returning this device. When he finally accepted, he wanted me to pay for the shipping cost! After a long paypal dispute I got a full refund! Never Again!
